Xml Driven Vertical News Scroller Script Using jQuery vScroller

How to Make a Graphical News Slider in jQuery
The graphical news slider: something used so often in so many places for so many different purposes. I had made one ages ago as one of my first jQuery projects. I figured I could write a tutorial to share that code with WebDesignFan’s readers, but was taken aback when I reviewed the code I had made so long ago. Dynamic News is a jQuery news slider plugin that makes news integration to your web site very easy. Dynamic News plugin supports two ways to add news data.You can either enter your news via HTML markups manually or let Dynamic News plugin load the news from rss feed and build the necessary HTML markups automatically. One cool feature of Dynamic News slider plugin is the news preview or news summary pane, hovering over news headline will show news summary in a tool tip like pop up, which also provides link to news detail page.
JAWS: News Ticker and Mini Accordion in jQuery
This widget-esque script is at once both a news ticker and a mini accordion. It takes a config file of data (headlines, image SRCs, URLs etc) and paginates your headlines into folds. It will optionally auto-rotate through these folds, though you can navigate between them with the numeric tabs at the top right. If an item has ‘more info’ data set in the config, then clicking the headline will reveal that data in an accordion fashion. See below for an example.
Compact News Previewer with jQuery
We will create a news previewer that let’s you show your latest articles or news in a compact way. The news previewer will show some list of articles on the left side and the preview of the article with a longer description on the right. Once a news on the left is clicked, the preview will slide in.
